Thai Kale Salad
Serves: 2 | Prep time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch kale, chopped and destemmed
- 1 bell pepper
- 4 oz. peanut satay sauce
- Raw cashews, chopped, to taste
Instructions:
- Add all of the ingredients to a bowl.
- Toss and serve.
